Moxbits Terms of Use

Moxbits (MXB) is a KGE virtual currency used in participating KGE products. It is not legal tender, a bank deposit, a cryptocurrency, an investment product, or a cash-equivalent account.

Wallet use

Your Moxbits Wallet is associated with your KGE consumer identity. Transactions are governed by the server-authoritative wallet and ledger.

Purchases

Availability, pricing, taxes, billing methods, and platform rules may vary by product and distribution channel. The Moxbits server must verify applicable purchase and funding events before MXB is credited or debited.

No cash-out

Unless KGE expressly introduces a legally compliant program stating otherwise, MXB is not redeemable for cash and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.

Corrections and reversals

Refunds, reversals, and administrative corrections are recorded through the authoritative ledger and may change your available balance or entitlements.
