Moxbits Refund & Reversal Policy

Refund eligibility may depend on the purchase surface, payment provider, applicable law, and the nature of the digital item or service.

Ledger treatment

Approved refunds and reversals are recorded in the Moxbits ledger. They are not implemented by deleting prior transaction history.

Platform purchases

Purchases processed by Apple, Google, or another platform may be subject to that platform’s refund process in addition to KGE policies.

Contact official KGE support with the relevant transaction reference. Do not initiate duplicate funding attempts while an earlier transaction is still pending.
