Moxbits uses your central KGE consumer identity rather than a separate Moxbits-only identity. Account closure, reactivation, and privacy-choice workflows are therefore handled through KGE account management.

Wallet records

Wallet and ledger records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, legal compliance, and transaction integrity.

Use the official KGE support channel to request available account or privacy actions. Support may require verification before discussing account-specific information.
